- On-site parking is charged at PLN 40 per day.
- Parking spaces are limited (8 spaces) and must be booked in advance.
- Parking reservations are valid until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Payment regulations
- Confirmation of the booking is provided by payment of a deposit of no less than 30% of the booking value to our bank account.
- For short occasional and weekend stays, 100 % prepayment for the entire stay is required.
- Payment must be made within 3 days of initial booking or at another time agreed individually.
- Failure to pay the deposit by the agreed date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- The fee for the entire period of the declared stay must be paid once on the day of arrival; the deposit paid is included in the price of the service.
- No refunds are given for shortened stays.
- Prices are for stays of a minimum of 4 nights, prices for shorter stays are agreed individually.
- The Guest should report their wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival by 9:00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires. The facility shall take into account the wish to extend the stay as far as it is possible and the rooms are available. The facility cannot take into account the wish to extend the room rental if there are no vacancies.
- Extension of the hotel stay until 20.00 is subject to a charge of 50% of the single night fee,
- Extension of the hotel stay after 20.00 is subject to a full charge of 100% of the single night fee.
- The guest may not transfer the room to another person even if the period for which they have paid the fee due has not expired.
- Each room is designed for a specific number of persons. Therefore, it is not possible to add extra beds or to check in persons above the standard (including children) without prior arrangement with the reception.
- Failure to turn up by 10.00 a.m. the following day is considered a cancellation and entails the possibility of renting the room to another Guest unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment of the deposit and thus making an effective booking implies acceptance of the booking conditions set out in these terms and conditions and the resort’s terms and conditions by the person making the booking.
- Bed linen and towels serve for a week’s stay. They are not changed daily.
- At the request of guests, room cleaning (at an extra charge of PLN 50, per 1 cleaning) and a change of towels (free of charge), is available no more often than every 4 days, after informing the staff in advance.
- The price quoted is per room per night.
- Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents’ bed. For children aged 4 and over the full fee shall be paid.
