TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The terms and conditions are an integral part of the agreement concluded at the moment of signing the check-in card for the stay in the facility, making a reservation, paying a deposit or the whole amount for the stay in the Villa. The conclusion of the agreement constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- The terms and conditions apply to all persons staying on the premises of Villa STER, located in Miedzyzdroje, at ul. Bohaterów Warszawy 16.
- The basis for checking a Guest into a hotel room is the Guest’s presentation of a photo ID or passport.
- The rooms in Villa STER are rented for 24 hours.
- The check-in starts at 15:00 and the check-out lasts until 10:00.
- The parking day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.
- A guest of Villa STER may occupy a room at no extra charge between 10.00 and 16.00 on the day of the start of their stay, provided that the room booked is free.
- Failure by the Guest to leave the room by 11:00 is considered an extension of the stay by another 24-hour period.
- From 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning Guests are asked to behave quietly so as not to disturb other occupants.
- Non-registered guests can stay in the room from 10.00 to 22.00.
- In the event of any reservations concerning the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them as soon as possible, which will enable immediate reaction and clarification of the situation. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any inconveniences caused by reasons beyond our control, e.g.: water and electricity cuts, etc.
- The Guest shall report a defect as soon as it is discovered, but no later than at the time of check-out or at the end of the period for which the guest has rented the room.
- At the Guest’s request, we provide information related to the stay in the Villa, attractions in the city and catering services.
- The Villa is not responsible for items brought by the Guest onto the premises.
- The Landlord shall not bear the liability for lost, misplaced or stolen items in the absence of immediate proof of possession.
- The Villa is not responsible for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to Guests.
- The Guest shall be held fully responsible for any damage or destruction to the room and the Villa’s furnishings and technical equipment caused by the Guest or their visitors. Guests shall be charged for damage discovered after leaving the room.
- Each time the Guest leaves the room, they shall close the doors and windows, switch off the TV and radio, turn off the lights, close the taps, check the door lock.
- If the key or key ring is lost, the Guest shall be materially liable in the amount of PLN 100.
- For reasons of fire safety, the use of heaters, electric irons, electric radiators, electric cookers, toasters, waffle irons and other similar equipment is not permitted in the rooms, as is smoking (also on the balcony and in the corridor) and the use of open fires. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual and computer equipment. In the event of non-compliance, the fine is PLN 500.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Villa. In the event of non-compliance with the ban, the fine is PLN 500.
- For the comfort and safety of our guests, we have prepared a special, comfortable smoking area at the back of the building. There, you can sit in comfortable armchairs and relax.
- The behaviour of Guests and persons using the services of the resort should not disturb the peace of other Guests. In fact, the owners and staff may refuse to provide further services to a person who violates this rule.
- The Facility may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during their previous stay, has grossly violated the Facility’s terms and conditions causing damage to the property of the Facility or the Guests, or injury to the Guests, employees or other persons staying at the Facility, or who has otherwise disturbed the peace of the Guests or the operation of the Facility. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
- visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- behaving aggressively or in a manner generally considered vulgar.
- Items left by a departing Guest in a room will be sent back at the Guest’s expense, to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest’s request and in a manner agreed with the Guest. In the absence of such a wish, the Villa will hold the items for a period of 3 months calculated from the date they were found by staff or another person. Thereafter, the Villa will deal with the item in a manner appropriate to the terms and conditions on lost and found items.
The Guest agrees to the processing of their personal data for registration purposes and to the inclusion of the Guest’s data in the Villa’s database in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.10.1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133 of 1997, item 889, as amended). The Guest has the right to inspect their data and correct them.
